Knowing how to use your equipment can make a difference between life and death!

Training courses are currently available throughout the State of New Mexico, Southern Colorado, Eastern Arizona and West Texas.

In 2014, Chuck got the opportunity to work with public safety again, this time with a state government.

There he learned of 2 ways of training, one was to do it for the customer and send them on their way, only for them to return a few weeks later with the same issue, or take 10-15 minutes and train the customer how to use the equipment they’ve been issued. Especially if they are utilizing a vehicle repeater system.

The difference between a conventional radio system and the new digital radio systems is significant in it’s operation and if you’re in a Public Safety field, knowing the capabilities of your system may save a life if not your own.

Dr Dispatch 2-Way training courses are tailored for your radio system, equipment and will cover;

Why you should have Dr. Dispatch 2-Way radio training?

While at the state position, Chuck took pride in teaching the public safety officers how to use their radio equipment in their newly issued cruisers, plus help the veteran officers understand their equipment they were already issued and not mislead the new recruits.

In addition, twice a year, the public safety department would have a Radio Class before graduation. After giving the class a couple times, Chuck made a PowerPoint Presentation to send to the recruits to review prior to class, then use it for reference.

Chuck’s introduction to public speaking was here, to a class room of Law Enforcement officers, How intimidating!

He also met with other agency customers like the Highway Department and taught basic radio and safety to those customers as well before he left.
